常见问题

为什么需要 DeepSeek API Key？

当前版本采用 BYOK（自备 API Key）模式。AI 请求直接从浏览器发送至 DeepSeek，不经过 Loamery 开发者服务器。

API Key 保存在哪里？

API Key 只保存在当前浏览器扩展的本地存储中，JSON 备份不包含 API Key。

我的知识卡片保存在哪里？

项目、卡片、原文摘录和设置默认保存在当前浏览器扩展本地存储中。首发版本没有账号或云同步。

卸载扩展后数据会怎样？

卸载扩展或清除浏览器扩展数据可能删除本地内容。建议卸载或更换设备前导出 JSON 备份。

如何备份和恢复？

在设置中使用 JSON 导出功能。恢复时选择之前导出的 JSON 文件。API Key 需要重新填写。

如何删除数据？

可以删除单张卡片或原文、使用回收站恢复或永久删除、在设置中清空本地数据，或通过浏览器卸载扩展。

为什么回答下方没有“沉淀”？

先等待回答完全生成，再尝试刷新 ChatGPT、确认扩展已启用并更新至最新版本。若仍能复现，请把浏览器版本、Loamery 版本和操作步骤发送至支持邮箱。

是否支持 Claude、Gemini、PDF 或普通网页？

首发版本仅支持 ChatGPT 网页。其他平台和内容类型不属于当前公开版本承诺。

是否支持云同步？

首发版本暂不支持，当前优先确保本地沉淀、阅读和整理体验稳定。

Quick start

FAQ

Where is my data stored?

Cards, source excerpts, projects, and settings stay in local browser extension storage. The launch release has no account or cloud sync.

Does Loamery support Claude, Gemini, PDF, or regular webpages?

The launch release supports ChatGPT webpages only. Other platforms and content types are not current public commitments.

Why is a DeepSeek API key needed?

AI requests use your own key and go directly from the browser to DeepSeek. They do not pass through a Loamery developer server.
