1. 服务范围
Loamery 提供浏览器扩展，用于用户主动从受支持 AI 对话服务保存、整理和回顾回答、原文、知识卡及项目上下文，并在 Project Workspace 中维护可人工审核的 Project State、Project Memory、Evidence 与 Next Action。具体功能以用户安装的版本和该版本实际界面为准。
2. 本地优先、账号与 Cloud Sync
本地保存、Library、本地项目组织、导出和 BYOK 不要求 Loamery 账号。Cloud Sync 要求用户使用电子邮箱一次性验证码登录，并且只有在用户明确启用或执行同步后才传输同步范围内的数据；登录本身不代表上传全部本地内容。
3. BYOK 与第三方 AI 服务
用户可以自行配置 DeepSeek、Gemini 或 OpenRouter API Key。用户负责获取、保管和承担第三方 Provider 产生的费用，并遵守对应 Provider 的条款。BYOK 请求直接从浏览器发送到用户选择的 Provider，Loamery 不对第三方价格、额度、可用性或模型输出作保证。
4. v0.7 AI 功能与 Project Continuity
v0.7 需要 AI 的操作使用用户自行配置的 DeepSeek、Gemini 或 OpenRouter API Key。用户未配置 API Key 时，Loamery 会提示先完成 BYOK 设置。v0.7 不开放 Managed AI / Trial 用户通道，也不会在后台自动消耗托管额度。
5. BYOK Provider
用户自行承担所选第三方 AI Provider 的账号、额度、价格与条款责任。Loamery 不保证第三方 Provider 的价格、额度、可用性或模型输出。
6. Public Share
只有用户主动创建或更新 Public Share 时，用户选择公开的快照才会发送到 Loamery 运营的 share.loamery.com。用户应在生成公开链接前确认内容适合公开；任何获得公开链接的人都可能查看该快照。分享可设置有效期并支持撤销。
7. 用户内容与权利
用户应确保有权保存、处理、同步、导出或公开分享其选择的内容。用户保留对其原创内容的权利。Loamery 不因提供本地保存、云同步或项目连续性服务而取得用户内容所有权。
8. 数据与备份
卸载扩展、清除浏览器数据、浏览器或设备故障可能导致未同步或未导出的本地数据丢失。用户应根据需要导出备份。用户提供的 Provider API Key 不包含在 JSON 备份中。账号、Cloud Sync、BYOK 和 Public Share 的具体数据处理见 隐私政策。
9. AI 输出与人工确认
AI 生成的提炼、项目状态、记忆或建议可能存在错误、遗漏或不完整。用户应在依赖重要事实、法律、医疗、财务、安全或其他高风险信息前自行核实，并在写入正式项目状态前检查 AI 生成的内容。
10. 可接受使用
用户不得利用 Loamery 从事违法、侵权、恶意攻击、未经授权访问、绕过安全措施、传播恶意软件或其他损害第三方权益的活动，也不得滥用第三方 AI Provider、Cloud Sync 或 Public Share 能力。
11. 服务变更
第三方网页结构、浏览器 API、AI Provider、云基础设施或 Public Share 服务发生变化时，部分功能可能暂时不可用。重大数据处理变化会先更新相应披露。
12. 免责声明与责任限制
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，Loamery 按“现状”和“可用”状态提供。运营主体不对第三方平台中断、第三方 API 变化、本地或云端数据丢失或用户依赖 AI 结果产生的间接损失承担超出适用法律强制要求的责任。

Terms of Service
1. Service Scope
Loamery provides a browser extension for users to explicitly save, organize, and revisit AI answers, exact excerpts, knowledge cards, and project context from supported AI conversation services, and to maintain reviewable Project State, Project Memory, evidence, and next actions in Project Workspace. Available functionality depends on the version installed by the user.
2. Local-first Use, Account, and Cloud Sync
Local saving, Library, local project organization, exports, and BYOK do not require a Loamery account. Cloud Sync requires sign-in by email one-time code and transmits sync-eligible data only after the user explicitly enables or runs it; signing in alone does not mean all existing local content is uploaded.
3. BYOK and Third-Party AI Services
Users may configure their own DeepSeek, Gemini, or OpenRouter API key and are responsible for obtaining, protecting, paying any third-party charges associated with, and complying with the terms of the selected provider. BYOK requests go directly from the browser to the selected provider. Loamery does not guarantee provider pricing, quotas, availability, or model output.
4. v0.7 AI Operations and Project Continuity
AI-powered operations in v0.7 use the user's own configured DeepSeek, Gemini, or OpenRouter API key. If no API key is configured, Loamery prompts the user to complete BYOK setup. v0.7 does not expose a Managed AI / Trial user path and does not silently consume a managed allowance.
5. BYOK Providers
Users are responsible for the accounts, quotas, pricing, and terms of their selected third-party AI provider. Loamery does not guarantee provider pricing, quotas, availability, or model output.
6. Public Share
Only when a user explicitly creates or updates Public Share is the selected public snapshot sent to the Loamery-operated share.loamery.com service. Users should verify that content is appropriate for public sharing before creating a link. Anyone with the public link may be able to view the snapshot. Shares can have an expiry and can be revoked.
7. User Content and Rights
Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to save, process, sync, export, or publicly share selected content. Users retain rights to their original content. Loamery does not acquire ownership of user content merely by providing local storage, sync, or project-continuity features.
8. Data and Backups
Uninstalling the extension, clearing browser data, or browser/device failure can cause loss of local content that has not been exported or synchronized. Users should export backups as appropriate. User-provided provider API keys are excluded from JSON backups. Account, Cloud Sync, BYOK, and Public Share data practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
9. AI Output and Human Review
AI-generated distillations, project state, memory, or recommendations may contain errors or omissions. Users should independently verify important or high-stakes legal, medical, financial, safety, or other information before relying on it, and review AI-generated content before writing it into canonical project state.
10. Acceptable Use
Users may not use Loamery for unlawful activity, infringement, malicious attacks, unauthorized access, bypassing security controls, malware distribution, or abuse of third-party AI providers, Cloud Sync, or Public Share capabilities.
11. Service Changes
Changes to third-party webpages, browser APIs, AI providers, cloud infrastructure, or Public Share may temporarily affect functionality. Material data-practice changes will be reflected in updated disclosures before they are enabled.
12. Disclaimer and Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Loamery is provided “as is” and “as available.” The operator is not liable beyond mandatory legal requirements for indirect losses arising from third-party platform outages, provider changes, local or cloud data loss, or reliance on AI output.
