1. 服务范围
Loamery 当前提供浏览器扩展，用于用户主动从 ChatGPT 页面提炼、保存、整理和回顾知识卡片及原文摘录。
2. 第三方服务
Loamery 可与 ChatGPT/OpenAI 页面和用户自行配置的 DeepSeek API 配合使用。Loamery 是独立产品，不代表、隶属于或获得 OpenAI 或 DeepSeek 的官方背书。第三方服务的可用性、费用、数据处理和使用规则由其各自条款决定。
3. 用户自备 API Key
用户自行负责获取、保管和支付其 DeepSeek API Key 产生的第三方费用。Loamery 不对第三方 API 的价格、限额、可用性或模型输出做保证。
4. 用户内容与权利
用户应确保有权保存、处理或导出其选择的内容。用户保留对其原创内容的权利。Loamery 不因本地保存功能取得用户内容所有权。
5. 本地数据与备份
卸载扩展、清除浏览器数据、浏览器故障或设备故障可能导致数据丢失。用户应自行定期导出备份。API Key 不包含在 JSON 备份中。
6. AI 输出
AI 提炼结果可能存在错误、遗漏或不完整。用户应在依赖重要事实、法律、医疗、财务、安全或其他高风险信息前自行核实。
7. 可接受使用
用户不得利用 Loamery 从事违法、侵权、恶意攻击、未经授权访问、绕过安全措施、传播恶意软件或其他损害第三方权益的活动。
8. 服务变更
第三方网页结构、浏览器 API 或 DeepSeek API 发生变化时，部分功能可能暂时不可用。Loamery 可以更新、调整或停止某些功能。
9. 免责声明与责任限制
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，Loamery 按“现状”和“可用”状态提供。运营主体不对第三方平台中断、第三方 API 变化、本地数据丢失或用户依赖 AI 结果产生的间接损失承担超出适用法律强制要求的责任。

Terms of Service
1. Service Scope
Loamery currently provides a browser extension that lets users explicitly distill, save, organize, and revisit knowledge cards and exact excerpts from ChatGPT pages.
2. Third-Party Services
Loamery can work with ChatGPT/OpenAI pages and the DeepSeek API configured by the user. Loamery is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of OpenAI or DeepSeek.
3. User-Provided API Keys
Users are responsible for obtaining, protecting, and paying any third-party charges associated with their DeepSeek API key.
4. User Content and Rights
Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to save, process, or export selected content. Local saving through Loamery does not transfer ownership of user content to the operator.
5. Local Data and Backups
The current release relies primarily on local browser storage. Users should export backups regularly. API keys are excluded from JSON backups.
6. AI Output
AI-generated extractions may contain errors or omissions. Users should independently verify important or high-stakes information before relying on it.
7. Acceptable Use
Users may not use Loamery for unlawful activity, infringement, malicious attacks, unauthorized access, bypassing security controls, or malware distribution.
8. Service Changes
Changes to third-party webpages, browser APIs, or the DeepSeek API may temporarily affect functionality.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Loamery is provided “as is” and “as available.”
